More Details About Montage Beverly Hill Restaurants

Last week we were reminded that several new restaurants will open with the Montage Beverly Hills, but more details have trickled in since then. First, the more casual Parq will open for three square daily, with seats inside and out in a garden. Expect a contemporary, American menu. Muse is a 44-seat, tasting menu-only venue for executive chef John Cuevas' "Urbane American cuisine." There will be two menus to choose from---a "micro-seasonal" one and a "grand tasting," seven to eight courses that can be paired with vintage wines. No price point yet, but it's a safe guess this will be the pricier of the two. The Conservatory Grill is on the roof with views of the city; opens daily for breakfast and lunch, American cafe classics. All are supposed to open with the hotel next Monday, November 17 (except Muse, which is only open Tue-Sat). With so many dining options in the Golden Triangle, it will be interesting to see if these become destinations in their own right or just hotel restaurants for tourists.
