MID-CITY: Just as we suspected, we confirmed that Sean MacPherson's Committed Inc. group (Bar Lubtisch, Jones, Swingers, Good Luck Bar) is opening a (still unnamed) bar in the former Coronet Pub space on La Cienega, right next to the new Largo theater. Probably won't open until December or maybe January. [PLYWOOD]
LOS FELIZ: With Beverly Hills and Larchmont under their belts, Crumbs Bake Shop is really on the fast track to Absolute Cupcakedom---locations in Malibu (Malibu Lumber Yards) and Glendale (Americana at Brand) will open in before the end of the year, and one is planned for the former Los Feliz Lock & Key Services on Vermont Avenue.
