After calling The Bazaar at the SLS Hotel to make a reservation for Jose Andres' November 10 debut, we learned that the restaurant opening has been pushed back. An operator said they are now taking dinner reservations for November 24 and after, but we have a sinking suspicion it will open, at least softly, before then.
