Hollywood: The currently defunct Fox Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard shall live again, soon (!), and from the looks of Sweet Love Hangover above, you'll recall that you're probably gonna need sunglasses.Last year we reported that Crobar was slated to take over the space that had been empty for close to three decades, then before it ever opened its doors, it was doneski. However, Rob Vinokur (of Crobar) teamed up with Hollywood producer Elie Samaha (who also launched Roxbury, Sunset Room, White Lotus) to create Playhouse, and the 24-hour futuristic restaurant you see above, Sweet Love Hangover, which will finally open its doors next week on June 11th (originally projected to open in December '08). To tide you over until then, we recently snagged a copy of the (ginormous) comfort food menu (pdf), so take a gander.
