The Dish: Fullfilled, Dragon Lounge, Stinkers Debut

It's been a little light in the Dish department this week, but here are few recent openings. See something debut in your neighborhood? Do let us know.

1) Beverly Hills: Fulfilled starts serving imagawa-yaki---a filled pancake-like pastry filled handcrafted on a cast aluminum grill---to the tony shopping set today. The shop was designed by the same firm who did Wolfgang's and Crustacean, it's just a stone's throw from sugar-bomb Crumbs and Sprinkles, and has flavors like banana and Nutella, or prosciutto, parmesan and basil if red-bean paste isn't your thing. 2) Downtown: According to Angelenic, South Park residents finally have a froyo shop to call their own: Florida-based Caliyogurt. And if a frozen yogurt chain from Florida coming to the Swirly Capital of the U.S. isn't enough of a twist, they have pink grapefruit flavor. [816 S Grand Ave; website]

3) Glendale: It only seems like SBE turns every restaurant into a more nightlifey lounge…or does it? The second-floor area at Katsuya at the Americana at Brand has been slightly redesigned and now called the Dragon Room Lounge. On Friday and Saturdays they plan DJs from 9pm-2am, and there's a happy hour 5pm-7pm (daily) and 9pm-10:30pm (Mon-Thu). This probably means the huge space (it's the largest of the three so far) wasn't filling up enough so consider this is the new tactic. [702 Americana Way; 818.244.5900; website]

4) Silver Lake: A little reminder for those who have a thing for Burt Reynolds and skunks, Stinkers opens softly tonight. [2939 W. Sunset Blvd, Silver Lake, 323.661.6007]For more stories from Eater LA, go to la.eater.com.
