In more Jonathan Gold news today: The LA Weekly, Pulitzer Prize-winning critic will have a new column on Gourmet.com beginning Monday. He tells us: "I've been writing for Ruth (Reichl) since the days when saber tooth tigers still roamed La Brea, and I would follow her anywhere in the magazine world up to and including 'Birds & Blooms.' I am thrilled to be associated once again with Gourmet.'' He adds that he will not be writing about LA restaurants, "that will all still go to the Weekly." [~ELA~]
