Apple-Horseradish Mignonette
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Granny Smith Apple, very finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Shallots, very finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Horseradish, very finely chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients. Makes enough for about 2 dozen oysters.
Oyster Shooters
- 2 oz Lillet
- 1 oz lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 Teaspoons Apple-Horseradish Mignonette
- 4 Oysters, freshly shucked
Combine first four ingredients. Place oysters in four shot glasses. Top with mixture.
