What to Know
- Sept. 22-23
- Anaheim Convention Center
- $25 one-day adult admission, plus fee
When people say "macaron," do you say "macarockin'"?
When friends say "frosting," do you ask "where's my spoon"?
And if think that dollops of dulce-delicious desserts are never enough, and you long for bowls with dozens of drizzly dollops of sugary goodness, should you get to the Anaheim Convention Center on Saturday, Sept. 22 and Sunday, Sept. 23?
What to do, where to go and what to see
You probably should, if the pudding course, or the chocolate-y snack, or the munchable goodie, are all among your favorite things to eat.
For The Sweets Show is setting up pretty shop at the spot, for two days of appearances by celebrity sweet-making pros, such as Adriano Zumbo of Zumbo Patisserie, as well as a host of other icing-slathered, crumb-topped to-dos.
Also on the dessert-packed docket?
Think demos, so you can take tips home, as well as classes, which will also be filled with frosting-flavored learning. (Okay, the learning actually doesn't taste like frosting, but perhaps that's an invention some expert will look into immediately).
"The BIGGEST Baking and Pastry Convention on the West Coast" will also include vendors aplenty, should you want to purchase a bag or two or five of new-to-you treats.
Ticket details? A one-day entry is $25, plus a fee. Find all of your frosting-licious needs, or at least as many as you can fit into a cookie jar, at The Sweets Show site now.
