Back in May, a Palm Springs home once belonging to actor Cary Grant, who owned numerous homes around the Los Angeles area (from Los Feliz to Santa Monica), hit the market for $4.495 million. Six months later, it's still available (no price drops): more via the listing: "In the central part of this desert town is the Movie Colony, a charming neighborhood that was named in honor of its famed denizens. Of these, perhaps none was more celebrated and admired than Cary Grant, who spent 20 years living in this magnificent residence he called Las Palomas, or The Doves."
