Last night was the big real estate agent shindig at Evo, downtown's newest tower--the party was intended show off the units so agents can start unloading them to buyers. We've got one agent report so far: "I think the building is beautiful, and a welcome addition to the inventory in downtown LA. The pool deck is fantastic, and the unit's floorplans are surprisingly spacious. Honestly, this is how I feel, but I'm perhaps the biggest proponent of South Park and the South Group." Any more thoughts on those units, agents? And how was the finger food?
