Some early-looking renderings of that 20-unit condominium that's being proposed for vacant lot at Rimpau and Wilshire Boulevard, a development that's just one of dozen of either planned or under-construction projects along this stretch going into Mid-Wilshire (let's not forget the ones that have been shelved, too). The architect on this one is Archeon International Group, the same designers behind Koreatown's Solair. As noted last week, there's a public meeting on September 28th for locals to come out and express their innermost feelings about this project.
