Posh, high-end, luxury design, all in effort to showcase high-rise living in downtown Los Angeles.
Evo, a high-rise condo in up-and-coming South Park, is hosting a design seminar this weekend.
"We have opened it to some really fantastic designers," said Evo sales manager Michelle Velky while on NBCLA's NewsRaw. "(Designers) have come in and they have designed the most beautiful models available for Los Angeles residents. Our 20th floor is now a designer showcase."
The 20th floor will highlight five top-notch designers that Evo "felt were really unique in their design expression and what they could bring to our project."
Evo is billed as high-end high-rises that were created to be one of the most sustainable, smart and eco-friendly buildings in the entire country. The building is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
"Last year was a record breaking year for us. We sold and closed over 191 units in one year," said Velky, who hopes this weekend's design showcase will bring more potential buyers interested in the design and captivated by the building.
"Each week, we see probably about 100 prospects that are anxious to move to Downtown Los Angeles," Velky said.
