In case you missed it, there was a story on NPR this morning on prefab, a piece that used the current exhibition at New York's Museum of Modern Art as a launching pad to discuss the trend of prefab (short for prefabricated) housing. Any West Coast love? Yeah, not so much. Dwell magazine's San Francisco-based editor Sam Grawe was trotted out for a sound bite, but there was no mention of any local West Coast prefab firms. [NPR]
