Nothing scarier than a mob of angry architects, and here they come: "The Los Angeles chapter of the American Institute of Architects has sent a letter to the L.A. City Planning Commission supporting a moratorium on allowing more electronic billboards. 'Now is the time to develop new ordinances that both reflect community values and beautify Los Angeles to the benefit of all who are attracted to live, work and visit here,' the letter says." Following that uproar in Silver Lake, City Council President Eric Garcetti is looking into the billboard-to-electric billboard conversion issue, while the L.A.
