Welcome to this version of "New To Market," our look at a listing with a reader vote. Consider this an unscientific way to take the buying pulse of a wary public. Feedback and nominees to the tipline, please.
The listing describes this three-bedroom, two-bath in Brentwood as a "darling, hide away house," but it's hard to tell what this thing really looks like as the photographer clearly has a penchant for shooting corner windows. It's also an REO, lender owned and "priced for immediate sale." The sales history is curious -- in Jan 2005 the sale price was $1,025,000 and in Sept 2008 it was sold back to Deutsche Bank ($1,163,165). Today's price: $615,125. Listing is here.
