Reader Poll: Chateau Brittany Townhouse in West Hollywood

Welcome to this version of "New To Market," our look at a listing with a reader vote. Consider this an unscientific way to take the buying pulse of a wary public. Feedback and nominees to the tipline, please.

Newly listed on the MLS, this two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse is in West Hollywood's Chateau Brittany, a 1937-built "French/Hollywood Regency-style" complex. No, we're not seeing the best photos here, but according to the listing, the condo has been updated with the requisite Sub-Zero fridge and Wolf range in the kitchen, and features "vaulted ceilings master bedroom, French doors, substantial crown moldings and striking hardwood floors." Last sale price in April of 2007: $800,000. Today's asking price: $809,000. UPDATE: It's two-bedroom, 1,238 square foot apartment, so that's $653 a square foot.
