Wilshire Medical Plaza's Latest Post-Op Look

Gauze and eyepads removed, here's a rendering of the hotel proposed for 6317 W. Wilshire Boulevard. Currently, the site houses an old medical building, but the team behind the Elan Hotel are looking to convert the 6-story, 41,900 square foot building. More via architect Killefer Flammang's web site: "The Wilshire Hotel, an upscale 74-room boutique hotel, will breathe new life into a 1950's six-story building, formerly occupied by medical offices. The exclusive new rooftop terrace boasts the ultimate amenities: a sparkling pool, private cabanas, an intimate fireside lounge, and a panoramic cityscape views." Additionally, the description talks about using "LEED certification standards to create a new, luminescent street façade" for the surrounding area. Also, looks like the billboard comes with the building.
