At BOXeight: Neon, Fanny Packs, and Logos for Joyrich

The '80s references and inspiration were in full effect at Joyrich, from the neon palette, mash up of disparate prints, and acid wash jeans, to the tees with "Rich" placed above a slightly altered Nike swoosh and metallic fanny packs and backpacks with triangular logos more than reminiscent of Guess.

Amidst the trendy, colorful collection, leather jackets in caramel, black or dusty blue emerged as stand-outs for men and women, along with a heather gray bomber for men with epaulets and front pockets at the chest. We wondered about the price points on the leather jackets—was this a more affordable option to Mike & Chris' sublime leather offerings, as we couldn't help but be reminded of the innovative LA brand while watching Joyrich's outerwear come down the runway.
