Pet/child emporium Puppies & Babies has shuttered at 8363 West 3rd Street, adding to the growing list of closures in the neighborhood—Danmark, Meg, Magenta, Known, Medak, plus Memenic and Twenty Two Shoes very soon. We called Pets of Bel Air, P&B's sister store, and asked if it was staying open. The response—a not very confident "We're opened right now."
