Pop-Ups: K.Z.O at Legion Debuts

Legion on Larchmont launched its installation and pop-up shop of K.Z.O last night. The shop was decorated with old film and photography equipment, an old 35mm belonging to K.Z.O Concept and Creative Director, Joel Knoerschild, was part of the display. However, he credits the vibe and merchandising to Legion owner Ilan Bitton and K.Z.O business partner Ian Stewart. Knoerschild told Racked he chose this location for the pop-up because “Ilan has been super supportive since the beginning.”

The collection has maintained most of the line's key themes like plaid shirts, horizontal striped tees, jackets and hoodies with higher collars, and grandpa cardigans now with elbow patch details. But we were excited to see K.Z.O expanding its collection with a black nylon camera bag, a bright purple nylon jacket, and puffy vests with poly-wool blend exterior.

K.Z.O is steadily gaining momentum; they just had a write up done in British Vogue and Knoerschild says they’re still “looking towards the future and kicking butt.” The pop up-continues until October 27, so you got a week to check it out.
