When we spotted a gaggle of construction workers at The Blue House's former space on Melrose, we thought we'd stumbled upon the Chloe boutique that's supposedly opening this week (more on that later). However, workers at the scene revealed that it's actually the new home of Phi, a relatively young label that's become big in Europe for its sharp tailoring and innovative construction. It doesn't look like the shop's anywhere near opening—the inside is still all plywood, and the old tenant's signage is still plastered everywhere—but we'll be sure to update you accordingly.
