Woof! Join Underwood's Ventura Sheriff K9 Unit Fundraiser

Underwood Family Farms will host a day of fam-fun events in support of these hardworking Ventura County Sheriff canines.

What to Know

  • Sunday, June 30
  • Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark
  • $75 adult, $25 child

Spending a day at Underwood Family Farms means you'll see a whole host of squeal-summoning, coo-inducing critters, including baby chicks (all the squeals), adorable goats (so many coos), and lots of other furry/feathery residents.

But sometimes?

The Moorpark agricultural destination welcomes a different sort of animal, one that has an important job, a calling that requires the four-footed hero to work side-by-side with humans.

We're talking here about K9 Units, those brave hounds that work hard to serve and protect the people of a community and the people who are the pups' partners on the beat.

To honor these noble canines, and to raise money for a local unit, Underwood Family Farms will host a fundraiser on Sunday, June 30.

Tickets for the Wine, Brew & K9 Crew fundraiser, which will support the Ventura County Sheriff's K9 Unit, are available now.
