Weather Alerts | NBC Southern California

Weather Video Forecast

Strong Santa Ana winds are gone, but even though we lose the wind, the air remains very dry and warm today.

Temperatures today will run warmer than average for another day in the upper 70s and lower 80s area wide with clear but hazy skies.

Even though you can’t see the smoke, the air quality is still unhealthy and it’s advised to limit outdoor activity if you’re sensitive to respiratory issues.

Weak onshore flow is returning tomorrow and lasts through the weekend. Cooler moist marine air will move inland and help increase humidity.

We’re watching closely for a quick chance of sprinkles early Thursday morning and a better chance Friday.
