    * WIND...Areas of east to northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts
to 50 mph. Isolated gusts of 60 to 70 mph along the coastal
mountain slopes of the San Diego County mountains.

    * HUMIDITY...Minimum daytime humidity around 5 percent with

    * LOCATION...Along and below the coastal slopes of the
mountains into the inland valleys and below passes and
    canyons.

    * OUTLOOK...Lowest daytime humidity on Thursday except near the

    spread higher coastal humidity inland.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds and low relative humidity can contribute to extreme
    fire behavior.
