    ...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 5 PM PST
    TUESDAY...

    The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a Wind
    Advisory, which is in effect from 10 PM this evening to 5 PM PST
    Tuesday.

    * WINDS...North 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

    * TIMING...

    * IMPACTS...Difficult driving conditions, especially for larger
    vehicles traveling along roads with crosswinds. Light,
    unsecured objects may become airborne.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

    A Wind Advisory means that sustained wind speeds of between
    30 and 40 mph are expected, or wind gusts of between 40 and
    58 mph. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially
    for high profile vehicles. In addition, strong winds over desert
    areas could result in briefly lowered visibilities to well under
    a mile at times in blowing dust or blowing sand. Use extra
    caution.

    ...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON
    PST WEDNESDAY...

    * Winds...Areas of northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55
    mph developing late tonight and Tuesday along and near coastal
    mountain slopes and below passes and canyons, with the winds
    less widespread and not quite as strong for Tuesday night into
    Wednesday morning.

    * Timing...Strongest winds Tuesday morning.

    * Location...Coastal-mountain slopes, inland Orange County, and
    the Inland Empire below the Cajon and Banning Passes.

    * Impacts...Difficult driving conditions due to gusty cross
    winds and possible debris on roadways.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

    A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
    this strong can make driving difficult...especially for high
