    * Location...Inland valleys and colder wind-sheltered locations
    in the western valleys.

    * Duration...Around 6 to 8 hours.

    * Temperature...Upper 20s to mid 30s.

    * Impacts...Sensitive outdoor plants could be killed if
    unprotected or left outside. Provide shelter to pets and
    livestock.
