Rain came sweeping through SoCal in the second storm of the season. Many residents braced for the worst following January's punishing storm that caused mudflow and evacuations. Rainbows appeared over some communities as they began the process of clearing dirt, debris and boulders from roads in some of the hardest hit areas.
