Learn to make the iconic Spanish dish at home. Find the classic Paella recipe below. **PAELLA** -INGREDIENTS: • 2 Cups of Paella Rice (Arroz Dacsa or Santo Tomas) • 1 Lb of Boneless Chicken Thigh or Breast*, cut into 2-inch pieces (*your choice) • 1 Lb of Rabbit, cut into pieces (medium size rabbit), or 1 lb Pork Loin, cut into 2-inch cubes • 0.5 Lbs of Green Beans, cut into 2-inch pieces • One (1) 15 oz can of Butter Beans, rinsed • 2 Freshly Ground Tomatoes • 6 to 8 cups of water • EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) • 1 gram of Saffron • 6 tbs of Sweet Spanish Paprika • 2 sprigs of Rosemary • Salt to taste
