Inspired by beach destinations like Cabo San Lucas, Esperanza Cocina de la Playa has just opened its doors in Manhattan beach. The restaurant has been a big transformation (from the former Shark’s Cove bar) with a striking interior and ceviche and tequila menu. “California Live” visits the beautiful space and checks out the dishes.
