-WHITE CHOCOLATE CHERRY CRUMBLE BARS
2 sticks or 1 cup butter
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
3 cup flour
Almond emulsion or extract
1 packet vanilla pudding mix
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
4 cups or 1 bag cherries sliced and pitted (frozen work well)
Vanilla/Rum extract
2 tb lemon juice
2 tb cornstarch
2 tb powder sugar

1 8in. baking pan or 10in. for thinner bars
1 paring knife
Strainer for lemon
Mixing bowl
1 fork
1 spoon
Parchment paper for baking
Gloves for cutting cherries
