Meet the “Cambodian Cowboy”

Known as the “Cambodian Cowboy”, Chad Phuong is a self-taught pitmaster who combines Texas BBQ with Cambodian cuisine.  California Live’s Danielle Nottingham visited Chad’s food stand in the parking lot of Ten Mile Brewery and learn about his family’s escape from Cambodia, the family settling in Texas and Long Beach, CA and how that influences his food.
