The Sunset Strip Gets a Swanky New Mexican/Mediterranean Restaurant

Casa Madera inside the Mondrian Hotel is destined to be one of the hottest restaurants in town. California Live’s Lisa Breckenridge takes us on a tour of the new spot that transports guests to the Yucatan Peninsula complete with all types of immersive experiences. Cocktails either billow with dry ice or smoulder thanks to a menu that explores the four classical elements. The menu at Casa Madera was inspired by the coast, guided by French techniques and includes nods to Japanese and Peruvian cuisines.
