He grew up on Philly soft pretzels and when he could no longer travel back home to get them during the pandemic he went ahead and created his own pretzel kitchen. “California Live” checks out Shappy Pretzel Co., a pretzel truck that moves across Los Angeles serving up Philly-style pretzels.
