‘Inside Safe' Program Failing to Keep Promises to the Unhoused

Most unhoused people who were promised permanent apartments and services as part of LA Mayor Karen Bass’ “Inside Safe” program are still languishing in motels, and they say they haven’t been offered addiction and mental health services. Joel Grover reports May 8, 2023.
