IRS Scammer Calls NBC4's Randy Mac

An IRS impersonation scam is one of the largest in history, leading the Department of Justice to charge 61 people for taking part in it. The I-Team’s consumer investigator Randy Mac got a similar call trying to extort money just weeks ago. He reports for the NBC4 News on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016.
