AM Forecast: High Wind Warning

Strong Santa Ana winds are expected to sweep across the region in the afternoon with gusts of up to 50 mph. Temperatures will stay about 10 degrees below average. Crystal Egger has the forecast for Monday, Dec. 9, 2013.
