AM Forecast: Santa Ana Winds Return

Thursday will be sunny and warm for this time of year. Offshore winds will keep temperatures in the 80s for lower elevations while in the desert highs will be in the 70s. For the mountains, highs will be in the 50s with gusty afternoon winds.
