Drought Depletes Big Bear Lake

The drought is having a devastating effect on Big Bear Lake. The lake level is more than 15 feet below full capacity, with the main problem being the lack of rain. Tony Shin reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on September 29, 2021.
