Father Arrested in Killing of Four Children, Mother-In-Law

Sheriff’s investigators believe a 29-year-old man shot his mother-in-law and his four children to death in Lancaster while his wife was out for the evening. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News on Nov. 29, 2021.
