Former two-term Assembly Speaker Robert Hertzberg gives some advice to the newly elected Ca. Governor Jerry Brown.Hertzberg says cut the bull, get to work and get up early. Hertzberg was there when Brown was first elected in 1974 and was with him this past week in Oakland. He says it’s a totally different government today then back then.
