Sunday Marks Three Years Since Borderline Shooting

The nonprofit Borderline Strong hosted its “party in the park” in Thousand Oaks on Saturday. Friends, family, and survivors gathered at Conejo Creek North Park for a celebration of life. The party has become an annual event, to remember the 2018 tragedy that killed 12 people.
