Voters in Los Angeles County will be asked to approve a sales tax increase by quarter-cent to fight homelessness. So what would Measure H do? How much would it raise? What would it fund? And will it work? Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn–former Congresswoman, former city councilwoman– is a major supporter of this measure.
