Wilshire Kickstarts Cocktail Program

Wilshire Restaurant has already earned acclaim for Chef Andrew Kirschner’s seasonal menu. Now Alex Straus of D&D Cocktails is retooling the cocktail program. On May 6, Wilshire debuts his market-driven menu to coincide with Cocktail Culture Thursdays, where the Sasha Petraske trainee will be behind the bar from 5 PM – 2 AM. Here are Straus’ 11 new cocktails:
