14-Year-Old Accused of Killing CSUF Student Arrested

Alex Zapeda, a 19-year-old sophomore at Cal State Fullerton, was fatally shot at a Halloween party. A 14-year-old is accused in connection to the shooting. Ted Chen reports for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017.
