$15,000 Stolen After 3 Men Break Into Tattoo Shop

The men were said to have dug a hole in a wall that led to the tattoo shop in Moreno Valley where they stole the money. The owner said it is not the first time his shop has been burglarized. Tony Shin reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019.
