“Non-Whites” “Well-Behaved”

Awkward! Upland city councilmember Ray Musser, describing his inauguration trip experience to the public, said “I came away just appreciating America. A tremdendous change, we’re headed for changes that we might even be somewhat scared or frighetned of, however, the change in the crowd was completely different than four years ago. There was a lot of non-whites in the crowd well behaved and that was so gratifying…” Now, the Mayor and other councilmembers want him to resign.
