HIV-Positive AIDS Project Volunteer: “Helping Others Helps Me”

Joyce Lister, 69, has been loading up grocery bags for AIDS Project Los Angeles clients since the late 1990s, just two months after she learned she was HIV positive. “By helping other people, that’s helping me,” she says.
