A Veteran Orange County Judge Could Be Disciplined For Fixing Traffic Tickets

It’s a small ticket fixing scandal in the OC. Judge Richard Stanford, on the bench since the 1980s, allegedly helped his friends, associates and even his minister. Discipline could range from a reprimand to expulsion.
