“I held that dog and … I fell in love.” A woman who did not want her identity shown says she bought a puppy on the interent, but then the dog got sick. A High Desert man accused of selling the pup was also accused of running a puppy mill. And the man’s wife was convicted in 2011 of selling sick horses on the internet.
