Closing Arguments in Bell Corruption Trial

Jurors will soon begin deliberations in the corruption trial that alleges Bell city officials misappropriated public funds. Closing arguments are expected to wrap up Friday in a Downtown Los Angeles courtroom. Patrick Healy reports from Downtown LA for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2013.
